Sorry for the lack of posts this week - I have been extremely busy getting ready for my SNC College Girls weekend - I AM SO EXCITED!
Anywho - last Sunday, I made this really healthier version of Chili that I found on one of my favorite food blogs Skinny Taste!
It's extremely easy to make and you feel so much healthier eating it afterwords!

This is a great meal for anytime of the year! I know you are supposed to eat Chili during the fall and winter - but it was such a simple meal I had to try!
